I knew quickly this was going to be annoying. Every time I wash it, it takes forever to dry, and then it comes out all lumpy anyway. washing it is way more of a hassle than it should be.

I was disappointed with the design options on thecomfy.com. A lot of the styles look really similar, and everything felt kind of basic, like there wasn’t much thought put into giving people different choices.

The colors didn’t do much for me either. I was hoping for something more neutral or toned down, but most of what I saw was either too loud or just not my taste. When I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages, which just made it more annoying.

For the price, I expected a lot more variety. It feels like they made a handful of styles, called it good, and then brushed off the feedback with a generic apology. Not really my thing.

Not gonna lie, the return process was really simple and didn’t give me any trouble. The only downside was that the refund took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I’ll give it credit: The Comfy is definitely soft and warm, and I’ve been comfortable wearing it around the house. But for what they’re charging, I expected it to feel a little more solid and well-made. It’s not a bad product by any means, but it does feel a bit wrong to price something this high when the quality doesn’t fully back it up. I’d say it’s worth grabbing on sale, but I wouldn’t pay full price again.

I got this for my sister, and reading between the lines of her reaction, she really liked it. She didn’t make a huge fuss, but you could tell she was happy with it.

I ordered my Comfy in the regular size and it’s a lot more oversized than I thought it would be. I’m 5’6” and it hangs low on me, and the sleeves are really long too. I get that the oversized feel is kind of the whole point, and it is super comfortable, but I do wish there was a smaller fit option. I’m hoping they can offer some kind of exchange, credit, or compensation since the sizing wasn’t quite what I expected. Overall I still like it, but the fit is definitely something to keep in mind...

I ordered the gray one and was upset when a pink one showed up instead. I reached out to support, but it took forever to hear back, and I’m still stuck without a real fix. Super frustrating experience.

The Comfy itself is fine, and I don’t have much to complain about with the product. But the shipping was way slower than I expected. I ordered it thinking it would show up in a normal timeframe, and instead it just sat there for days with barely any useful updates. That part is on them, because the delivery timeline really wasn’t handled well.

Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but their response didn’t actually fix anything or make me feel much better about the delay. By the time it finally arrived, I was already annoyed. It’s not the worst purchase I’ve ever made, but if you need it soon, I’d be careful because the shipping experience really dragged the whole thing down...
